Primary Care: Ages 18-34

Everyone should establish a primary care provider to receive a baseline health status. This includes a review of personal risks associated with family health history, lifestyle, diet, and activity level. Your follow up appointments will depend on your healthcare needs and concerns. We can refer to specialists as needed and help you manage their recommendations. If you become ill or think you are experiencing health issues, we are happy to evaluate and treat you.
