This visit is to establish care. We will review your medical history and answer questions you have on your health and how our practice can help you achieve your optimal level of wellness. Please complete all forms advance; bring any labs or imaging you would like to discuss.

25 Minutes

This is a follow up discussion on previous conditions. Examples are a lab review or a medication follow up. A virtual link will be emailed to you.

30 Minutes

This visit type is intended for females requesting a gynecological exam or PAP smear.

30 Minutes

Male and Female Hormone Pellet Insertion.

45 Minutes

Annual exams are performed each year when you are feeling well. Here we will discuss health recommendations based on your specific needs, age and gender. We will not review blood work or discuss new concerns.

15 Minutes

This visit type is intended for when you are sick and need medical attention. Examples are UTI, cough, flu, sinus infection.

25 Minutes

This is a follow up discussion on previous conditions. Examples are a lab review or a medication follow up. A virtual link will be emailed to you.
